Incident Reporting
NextPoint customers can submit problem tickets, review the status of existing tickets and escalate their open tickets.

NextPoint Training
IP networking is a complex, highly specialized field with a strong demand for capable and well-trained professionals.
NextPoint Training is designed to help network operators train their engineers and architects to tackle the complexities of large-scale VoIP network deployments and emerging IP multimedia services. Upon completing the programs, participants will be prepared to address issues concerning real-time IP session management - a critical component for carriers and enterprises to interconnect VoIP, wireless and IMS networks.
NextPoint currently offers two levels of certification:
